Having dealt with a few pool companies in Barrie that were honestly BRUTAL …. Never show up on time…. When they did finally show up they lied and never fixed the concerns because the problems were always still there.

I was referred to Mr Poolman and instantly was impressed over the phone by Julia. An appt was made and Jr showed up right in time. We have a very large pool
44 X 22 and had to remove the heating blanket and install the winter cover and Jr handled both. Jr closed the pool, organized all the parts for me for safe keeping for next year. Jr then asked what I was doing with my extremely large heating blanket and I said somehow folding it up for the winter. Jr instantly offered to assist me recognizing I didn’t have anyone to help me. Jr even helped put it away for me.

Jr was very nice, professional and helpful going over and above just the closing of our pool.

The price for closing was less than the other 3 companies we had used in the past and Jr also stayed for an hour to make sure everything was done. Jr went over and above

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Poolman, Julia and Jr.  to anyone seeking Pool services in and around Barrie. In my books, A++

I recommend calling Mr Poolman over a big pool business for a few reasons.  First, he comes right away and does not make you wait a week for a service call. He is also extremely helpful and actively tries to save you money. He does not try to get you buy services and equipment that you don't really need, like a big pool store might. They stand to make money if you think you need some product, but he doesn't. So he tells you the truth. It's refreshing.
A big pool company told me i needed a new piece of equipment that would cost me 1500 dollars. Mr Poolman fixed the one i have so that i do not need to buy new one. It was a 5 second fix. Believe me, you want him on your side.

I am highly recommending Junior and Julia. They are a fantastic team. Julia is always available via email or text and does a great job managing their business. Junior goes above and beyond to make sure that you are more than happy with your pool. Junior was awesome.Julia was great with coordinating the job.  He did more in a closing than anyone else that has closed my pool prior years. He goes over and above to make sure you are comfortable with job he’s doing. Treats your pool like it’s his. Junior and Julia are a great team! Very professional and knowledgeable. Our pool was green and frogs have moved in. After We called Mr Poolman our  pool was nice and blue and crystal clear!
